IT-Administrator (m/f/d) (Minimum 32 hours/week)

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team with extensive knowledge of network technologies, Windows servers, Microsoft 365, backup systems and cyber security.
Tasks within our team
- Day-to-day support, including user support, printer and software installation, hardware maintenance and repair, and software maintenance
- Administration and support of a Windows environment, in particular Active Directory
- Administration and support of Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Support for Linux servers (basic knowledge required)
- Documentation and maintenance of IT processes and guidelines
Your profile:
- Professional experience in IT administration
- Experience in the administration of Windows servers (Active Directory, Group Policies, etc.).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Knowledge in the area of self-hosted web applications (Nextcloud, Gitlab) as well as CMS and website management and design
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team paired with strong communication skills

- We offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on qualifications and experience. Based on full-time employment (40 hours per week), the minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 2,809.52 gross per month (14 times p.a.), willingness to overpay
