With the talent-internship the Large Engines Competence Center - LEC for short - offers adolescents with technical affinity the opportunity to gain insight of the development of large engines and the day-to-day research work.
How is something new developed? Which questions does a large engine research centre deal with? What is the meaning of an investigative mind? Which training does one need to be involved in this work and which perspectives are ther for the researchers of tomorrow?

The job postings “Praktika für Schülerinnnen und Schüler 2016” are carried out with the funding priority of the Federal Ministry of Traffic, Innovation and Technology (BMVIT) in cooperation with the Federal Ministry for Education and Women (BMBF). The implementation of the programme takes place through the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG). The LEC takes part in the trainee talent programme of the FFG and offers attractive internships in the area of large engine research under motivated mentoring.
