Andreas Wimmer: “Zero Emission is a Realisable Goal”
This is the result of the most recent international conference on combustion engines, which took place in Graz, Austria. Until 2050 the quantity of freight shipped worldwide is expected to triple and CO2 emissions are expected to increase by 160 percent. In order to reach the climate goals this research is indispensable. According to Andreas Wimmer, CEO of the Large Engines Competence Center (LEC) and large engine expert, Zero Impact or Zero Emission is a goal which can be reached from a technical standpoint in the next 10 to 15 years.” In order to facilitate this science and economy have to cooperate closely.
